Nourish and Grow Yoga
Ashley Vasas (she/her) is a yoga teacher and the founder of Nourish & Grow Yoga, located in Minneapolis, Minnesota.
She is passionate about sharing the power of yoga, movement, and philosophy to help her students open themselves up to vibrant health, joy, and self-compassion.
After experiencing a severe car accident, Ashley found herself bloated, burnt out, and in chronic pain. And she knew something had to change. She reached for yoga as a low-impact fitness option and found a far more potent practice.
Though her yoga practice ebbed and flowed, she kept returning to the mat. With time and consistency, her body became stronger and more limber, and she realized she was living with much less pain.
That is what led her to become a teacher—she wanted to share this fantastic vibrancy with others.
Ashley has studied several yoga modalities to offer her students whatever their unique body needs, including Vinyasa, Hatha, Yin, Prenatal, Breathwork, Yoga Nidra, Meditation, and Yoga Tune Up®. She has poured more than 500 hours into her yoga education studies, earning her RYT 500 from Yoga Alliance in 2022.
Ashley helps her students discover their potential through yoga, meditation, and self-love. She works with people of all ages, flexibility, and physical fitness levels.
Ashley believes that yoga, in its many forms, has something to offer everyone.

Hatha Yoga
Join Ashley for a Gentle Hatha Yoga practice that helps you stretch, strengthen, and find balance in your body. Hatha Yoga is a style of yoga that allows the practitioner to find balance both physically and energetically. Its name derives from the combination of “ha,” or sun, and “tha,” which means moon and refers to the balancing of those energies. In this gentle movement practice, you will have time to explore and experiment to find the perfect variation of the pose for your body.
No yoga experience is required. This class is a fantastic introduction to yoga for beginners.
