Sylvia Barrios

Sylvia is a Chicana Reiki teacher and practitioner with over 25 years of experience in the healing arts. In 2002, she was first attuned to Usui Reiki and later expanded her skills to include Holy Fire Karuna Reiki.          

Her diverse background includes training in massage therapy, medical assisting, marriage and family counseling, and more recently, as an intimacy guide. She has organized meditation circles, initiated Reiki services in healthcare, and has volunteered extensively within communities.      

She is passionate about sharing the healing spiritual energy that is Reiki and participating in others’ personal evolutions.
