Somatic Flow

Join Steph every Wednesday from 5:30–6:30pm for Somatic Flow, a trauma-informed movement practice designed to help you reconnect with your body’s wisdom in a supportive, non-judgmental space. Blending guided movement, yoga, Somatic Experiencing, and free exploration, this class encourages you to move in a way that feels nourishing and natural—without force or expectation.

Through gentle invitations to explore sensation, breath, and movement, Somatic Flow helps regulate the nervous system, release tension, and cultivate a deeper sense of embodiment. This practice fosters resilience, playfulness, and trust in your body’s unique way of moving. With moments of guidance and freedom, you’ll develop skills to listen to your body’s cues, increase mobility, and experience more ease in both movement and stillness.

Open to all levels, Somatic Flow is an opportunity to honor where you are, feel more connected to yourself and others, and carry that connection into the rest of your life. Sliding scale: $7–$22.
