The RSI Method

Join Steph every Sunday from 9:30–11:00am to meet yourself with kindness and explore how your body moves and communicates in a brave, non-judgmental space. We arrive without expectations or agendas, open to whatever emerges through the body.

At its core, The RSI Method is a practice of self-study—an invitation to explore how your body moves, reacts, and communicates. This gentle, body-first approach helps you reconnect with your body’s wisdom without needing to revisit past trauma. Through embodied movement, breath, Somatic Experiencing and vocal activation, you’ll develop greater self-awareness, regulate your nervous system, and build emotional resilience. By listening to your body and honoring what feels right, you’ll uncover the subtle messages it holds and learn to trust its wisdom.

This practice supports stress management, nervous system regulation, and authentic self-expression, inviting more curiosity, ease, and connection into your life. Whether you seek a space to be with the weight of the world, release tension, cultivate self-trust, or simply find joy in movement, The RSI Method welcomes all bodies and experience levels.

The last 15–30 minutes after practice offer time to share, listen, and connect in community. Sliding scale: $7–$22.
